SEA represents the sea and is the English abbreviation for Southeast Asia; plateaus are highlands, representing strength and density, creating and nurturing various textures on a plane. SEA plateaus, like highlands scattered across the southern seas, appear to form a whole while actually comprising diverse people and events mixed together, awaiting people to read the uniqueness and connections of each other. SEA plateaus focuses on international network connections, adopting a decentralized approach to position Taiwan within Southeast Asia's geopolitical community, using culture as a fluid medium, collaborating with domestic and international creators to explore, conceive, expand, and promote various artistic programs, opening up multidimensional, multi-directional, and diverse exchange modes.
